| I have had the pleasure of using Nancy Macpherson`s service both on the home search and home sale sides of the real estate business. The first experience was a hectic, full week of house viewings in the difficult month of January. This was preceded by many weeks planning over the phone and e-mail from Ontario and followed by the offer process. The final product was the beautiful house in Pinehurst that both my husband and I grew to love.
Circumstances changed and when I was offered a position back in Ontario 4 years (and two kids) later. I accepted and opportunity to be back closer to family. The timing was not ideal and Nancy had a new challenge of selling the house in early December. I set a high expectation and asked that Nancy sell my house while I was away on my one week home search. Amazingly, she was able to accomplish this!
Nancy worked extremely hard with both transactions, taking the time to get to know us and our wishes, desires, unique circumstances and special needs. I am not an easy person to deal with at the best of times and dealing with one`s home is a stressful experience to say the least. Each transaction presented different challenges and Nancy came through both experiences with flying colours.
Someone once told me not to be fooled into thinking that your real estate agent is your friend because they most certainly are not. I have had four moves in the last 10 years and in my experience, I have found that statement to be mainly true. Nancy is the one true exception to the rule! I would not hesitate to recommend Nancy to any potential clients and have no reservations with using her again myself. Nancy is a hard working, honest, thoughtful, fun person with a contagious laugh. Any potential client would be lucky to work with her!
I want to formally thank her for the big investment of her time, energy and expertise and wish her continued success in her career.
